For three decades, I have worked where strategy meets delivery across product and operations. That includes a private-equity-owned cross-border merger and work in agri-food, telecom, healthcare, government, public safety and dual-use technology.

I lead every engagement myself. When teams are spread across sites or time zones, I bring in practitioners I trust. Each has spent years inside mergers, large operational changes or dual-use work. You meet them before your people do.

I grew up in a military family. I spent my career in civilian tech. I know how differently the two cultures think about what gets shared, and why both are right.
