Website Analytics: We use Fathom Analytics (usefathom.com) to understand how visitors interact with our website. Fathom is a privacy-first analytics provider that does not track personal data, does not use cookies, and is compliant with GDPR, PECR, and PIPEDA.

Research Data, SimpleSurvey Platform: When you participate in The Real Deal research initiative via our website, your narrative research responses are collected and processed through SimpleSurvey, a Canadian research platform. This data is stored on servers located in Canada. Responses are anonymous. No personally identifiable information is collected as part of the narrative research. SimpleSurvey processes this data solely for the purposes of the research initiative.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions and booking records are retained for a reasonable period to manage our business relationship with you. When your information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Our website uses minimal tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and to collect analytical data about website usage.

Essential Cookies: Required for the website to function properly. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics: We use Fathom Analytics, which does not use cookies. Fathom collects only aggregate, non-personal data about page views and referral sources to help us understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored.
