The Founder
Built for the Moment
After the Deal.

Sherryl Tarnaske
Founder & Principal Consultant
For three decades, I've worked where strategy collides with delivery. I've led product vision alignment after acquisitions, merged overlapping product suites that refused to merge, and stabilized delivery for portfolio companies when the integration plan stopped matching reality.
My background is in product and operations, often in highly regulated environments, including telecom, healthcare, insurance, and public safety, where scrutiny is high and "almost right" is still wrong.
In more than one case, that work restored executive and investor confidence without adding layers of control, protecting deal value when momentum stalled.
The biggest risks in any merger or transformation aren't in the strategy.
They're in the interactions.
I founded Unflocked because I saw the same pattern repeat: the drag that shows up in the weeks after a deal closes is where value leaks out. That's the problem I solve.
My journey from leading operational teams to diagnosing the organisations they work within was an unconventional one. If you're curious, you can read the full story here.
How We Operate
Unflocked is built around a network of independent complex facilitators with experience across multiple markets and sectors. When an engagement requires local presence or broader capacity, we assemble the right team, drawn not from a bench, but from practitioners who share the same approach to working inside complexity.
We also partner with larger firms who need facilitation depth their own teams aren't set up to provide.
